We first met Sean when looking to purchase a home and he was extremely helpful and not pushy in any way. During the process of selling our house Sean has gone over and above what we would expect of an agent to make sure the sale went smoothly and both the buyers and sellers were happy. Wouldn't use again. Communication was poor. On more than 1 occasion we were made to feel like we were interrupting his day. In an industry where thoroughness is essential, we had to point out 3 times he had completed the contract incorrectly. When asked to amend he simply edited the contract already signed by the buyer - without having them resign the new version - and returned to us.
