Wouldn't use again. Communication was poor. On more than 1 occasion we were made to feel like we were interrupting his day. In an industry where thoroughness is essential, we had to point out 3 times he had completed the contract incorrectly. When asked to amend he simply edited the contract already signed by the buyer - without having them resign the new version - and returned to us.
