Sean Eagan made our whole selling the family home to downsize a much easier experience than we expected. Sean was available to us at anytime during the sale process. There was no such thing as after hours. He could be reached any time and was true to his word during the whole sales process and kept us well informed. He knew what we expected and delivered on all counts. We would not hesitate to sell or buy through Sean Eagan or to recommend him to our friends.

After three months on the market with good interest but offers below our expectations, we took our property off market and, with no urgent reason to sell in 2021, decided to wait until 2022. After two weeks, we had received approached from new agents, including Sean. His knowledge of the local market and absolute conviction on the price range at which he would market our property and get a sale convinced us to appoint him as our new agent. We were immediately very happy with the depth of attention and quality of buyers that he was able to introduce. Offers were immediate although still below our target but Sean was resolute that he would get the price we wanted. After an additional two weeks and much work by Sean we saw an appreciable lift in offers to provide us with the price that we thought our property was worth in the then current market (August 2021). We would definitely recommend Sean and will use him next time.
