Sean is a very professional salesman who is a 'people person'. He aims to please and does his absolute best for 100% customer satisfaction. He is caring, motivated, enthusiastic and hard working. We were extremely happy with Sean and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. A top class bloke who bends over backwards for you.
I've bought and sold a lot of real estate over the last 20 years, so have known many agents. I have to say that my dealings with Sean were one of the most positive. A great vibe from the first open inspection to settlement and one of the most relaxed and stress free purchases I have ever made. What I liked most about Sean was that while he negotiated my offer well, it was clear at all times that the vendors were his main clients. I liked and respected that as many agents seem to act for the purchaser just to finalise the sale. Would recommend him to anyone who is considering selling their home. Sean was an absolute dream to work with! Buying our first home, we didn't really know what we were doing and Sean helped us through the whole process, answering any and EVERY questions we had. No Sean did not write this. We were look for a new home and Sean was selling one we like the look of. We unfortunately missed out as we had to go subject to sale. But Sean offer to have a look and see if he could help us out with some premarketing in a week we had found another house put in an offer which was accepted and sign Sean up to sell our home the same day he was great offer some suggestion that took some work but not lots of money to maximise our sale price. The feedback we got from Sean at every step of the process kept us full informed he also was talking to the real estate agent we were buying form so we did not have to keeping going back and forward the part of selling and buying our home was made easy by Sean and his team. I can't speak highly enough of the work Sean put in for my wife and I in selling our house, and helping us move on. From our first meeting, he had a game plan ready to action. He had researched the area in-depth and knew the best way to proceed and market our property effectively, at minimal cost. Sean always kept us up to date, informing us of every phone call or email. He would even call to check in if there was nothing new so we knew Sean had our best interest in mind. We felt valued as people, not as "just another number". Despite our property being located over 90 mins away, no trip was too far or inconvenient. My wife and I always felt empowered and confident every step of the way. I was most impressed by Sean's catchy positive attitude to everything, great sense of humour, drinks coffee and was not pushy at all. I constantly told Sean that he was putting too much effort into us, and that he really didn't need to go to the lengths he did; he would simply reply "It is all part of the service when you get me". A gentleman salesman; they do exist. Oh, and we sold the house quite quickly and for our initial asking price, but it was the bits before that that really counted.
