Sean approached me when he could see my house was not selling, although it had been for sale for 4 months (with the inadequate and unprofessional firm next door to RW). He was neither pushy nor overbearing, but simply let me know he was there and offered a plan to help in this awful situation, using his comprehensive knowledge of the local market. He was very quick and to the point when I did then sign with Ray White, with organising new photography and marketing, giving a succinct and reasonable timeline, saving money where we could. And in 5 weeks he had done what had not been done in nearly 5 months. My home was sold the week before auction.
