We found Sean initially seemed professional upon our first meet. However, this experience soon went downhill. From receiving a section 32 for the wrong property, words of no substance, belittling phone calls and lack of communication. While we love the home we've purchased, even after raising issues we've experienced, the negatives continued, including being harassed to provide a positive review as soon as our contact went unconditional, weeks prior to settlement. While some of the issues may have been vendor based, it was the way Sean communicated or shall I say, didn't communicate these to us, that caused a lot of heartache throughout the process. Had Sean provided clear and friendly communication, a lot of stress and emotion would have been spared.

I found Sean to be an excellent agent. He was persistent with his follow-up without being intrusive or annoying. He gave it his best at the auction with very little interest showing in the small audience. I was impressed by his professionalism in negotiating with the owners to secure a realistic price and cement a sale.
