Where do I start! This man went above and beyond!! Acting as my buyers advocate and having never sold a property at auction I found it all a bit daunting to start with. Sean was a Godsend and constantly communicated with me. As my buyers advocate this took the stress out of negotiations for me and we obtained a good result. With the auction, again he communicated all aspects from marketing, open homes, and finally the auction. He was professional at all times, calm (especially when I had the odd crisis of confidence) and worked incredibly hard. Nothing was a bother for him. I feel I hit the jackpot choosing him as my agent and would recommend him to anyone.

Sean is a charismatic and enthusiastic agent who assisted us as both buyers and sellers. As buyers, Sean provided market appraisals and professional advice for our properties of interest and he helped us to strategically and effectively navigate the real estate industry following some very negative experiences with a rival agency. Sean helped us remain optimistic and motivated and also acted as Buyer’s Representative when we needed to bid at auctions (thereby alleviating some of the stress). All of this he did over several months, free of charge and prior to us signing any contracts with him. When we finally found the home we knew to be “The One,” Sean bid for us at auction (against 7 other buyers) and secured it for a fair market price. Our focus then shifted to completing renovations on our former property and getting it on the market ASAP. Sean and the Buckingham team (particularly Kate Snape) were helpful in providing credible and reliable tradespeople who could complete quality renovations within our tight timeframe. Unfortunately, the house passed in at auction but Sean persisted and a short time later, successfully secured a buyer for our property.
