My experience with Sean at Elders was all good. We had severe bushfires go through the area midway through selling but he stuck with it . Having interviewed a number of local real estate agents, I knew Sean was the real thing in the first meeting. He had done his research, came with a professional report and information that showed he was knowledgeable, prepared and willing to put in the effort. His manner was down to earth, honest and showed consideration with his answers. Sean asked questions to determine my expectations, what what I was willing to put into selling the house and combined with his research could discuss market strategies to get the best amount for my house. Right from the start it was evidenced that Sean was a man we could trust to sell our property. He had a good all round knowledge of the market and gave us advice on every aspect of selling our much loved property.
