Sean was awesome to work with on the sale of our property. We had some complex terms, but His communication was always friendly yet professional in nature made the sale feel as though it wasn't difficult at all. Even throughout the waiting periods between offer, contract signing, unconditional & then final sale (lengthy time delays between each step due to purchaser terms), Sean kept regular positive contact with updates whenever there were any.
