I first met Sean at an open house inspection, he answered all my concerns regarding the property, I was impressed by the way he explained any issues in an honest and professional manner. On that basis I agreed to purchase the property. The transaction to signing the contract was made easy by Sean and Anna and I would not hesitated to recommend Sean and his company Paradise Property Group for any real estate transaction.
Sean and Anna demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the sale of our apartment. they were knowledgeable, responsive and supportive at every stage of the process. We would highly recommend Sean and Anna to anyone looking to sell their property.
Sean was fantastic to deal with throughout our purchase. He was professional, responsive, and always willing to clarify details. Communication was clear and timely, and he made the process smooth from start to finish. Even though we were the buyers, he treated us with a great level of care and respect.
The Team was very knowledgeable, very helpful, very friendly, and easy to deal with.
Extremely disappointing experience with Sean Thorpe. We received the property with many features NOT working in a filthy condition and with no clear handover process. We requested a proper walkthrough to confirm the cameras, home automation, solar, WiFi, reticulation and other systems were operational and to understand any required logins. Instead, Sean suggested leaving us to complete the final inspection ourselves and riddled with excuses. The lies, lack of transparency, communication and professionalism throughout this process was extremely disappointing, especially given the vale of the property. Based on our experience, we would not recommend using this agent to represent buyers or sellers in the future.
Very happy with his enthusiasm and professionalism
Sean was easy to deal with. Proactive and quick to respond. Sean and his team made the house purchase process to go smoothly. Thank You.
Great working with Sean and his team. Could not fault them and will definitely use Paradise Property for the next sale.
Sean is friendly and very knowledgeable. He always had time to talk about the property and to answer any questions I had and there were many! Although I was the buyer, I still felt supported and never pressured to make any decisions. I really enjoyed working with Sean and everyone I spoke with at Paradise.
We recently sold our home with Sean and his team's help. His professionalism stood out from start to finish. He remained incredibly composed throughout the entire process, even during the slightly stressful moments, which gave us a lot of confidence. His tried and tested processes, along with his strong negotiation skills were evident and ultimately helped us achieve a great result. We always felt we were in capable hands and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
I got in at the last minute for this property and our bid won! Sean and Anna were very helpful with ensuring the whole process went smoothly. Got the home of my dreams :)
