We purchased a property from Sean. Sean is fine to speak with however we were advised by Sean that the owners had accepted our offer, and then received an increased contract back and the back and forth began. When we moved into our property we were greeted to a sign saying “new street sale record” which I understand wanting to gloat, but I’d remove it before the buyer saw it given what occurred for us. Overall, not a horrid experience but not a great one for us either.

Excellent Teamwork to cover all enquirers and to manage the house show days.
