My wife and I have had the pleasure of selling two properties with Sean during the pandemic, obviously the timing could have been better but Sean priced the properties well, advised on repairs (really we should owe him project management fees on the second house) moreover, his time management on getting the properties through the process despite various challenges saw us exchange faster than we would have under another agent. He’s punctual, quick to respond, negotiates well and happy to go the extra mile all without the gross agent aura- what more could you ask for? As a former real estate professional myself I can while heartedly recommend Sean and we will be using him again.

Sean Vanholland was pragmatic, informed, gave good advice, and has a nice casual style. He did not seek to "pressure sell" or over-egg the sale. He was very well informed about recent and comparable sales, knew the answers to nearly all questions we asked about the apartment, and could direct well to where answers to any others could be found. In making an offer and moving towards the sale he was prompt, courteous and accurate to both parties.
