If you’ve heard the expression ‘real estate agents cannot be trusted’ you would understand my concern when my parents announced that they had acquired the services of Sebastian Gutierrez without me having done the ‘screening’ process. For me, something that reinforced my trust in Sebastian was the manner in which he talked about the ‘other side’ ie, the buyers. Although he was representing my parents, it was evident that he showed respect and treated potential buyers as people and not just customers. Sebastian came highly recommended to my dad and rightly so. At the end of the day, we couldn’t be happier with both the outcome as well as the experience.
