As a buyer, i would say in general the agent is more for seller than buyer given they get commission from them however there should be equality around the same. During the sale process, I did highlight few item(s) which could have been handled better and didnt get quite work out well for us at the end. Overall Seema is a great person to deal with who not only advised us correctly to buy this amazing house at great price but keep us updated for any changes.

Beautiful SANCTUARY LAKES area in Melbourne West. The property agent: Seema Kaur Aiden from Reliance estate who is the best selling agent in sanctuary lakes a whole year. The suburb took away our hearts and this was the only property which was expecting an open offer in that price range. I was first home buyer, unprepared, new to the country, not sure with rules, real estate market etc. While standing inside that property (now OUR HOME) I told Seema honestly about my circumstances and knowledge of real estate. She was very kind as an agent, mentor and professional. After inspection, Seema took us to their office to provide more details on property and procedure going forward. She asked if we are interested in putting an offer, however, it was that tingling node in my mind which says NO after all this beautiful yes coming towards our hearts. I will be honest here, I lost my father a month and a half before this day, and we exhausted our finances. I wasn't ready financially but at the same time, my mother has to move in with me for a year because I am the only one in the family who is left with her after dad. It was all mixed situation: emotional aspect, financial concerns, and first home buyers million questionnaires which Seema was about to handle from my end. She has acted very maturely and patiently with me. She helped us finding few options with conveyancer, finance etc. The best part is she knows what to expect from which type of customer.
