Selena was so incredibly supportive the entire selling experience for us. There was an initial contract on our block in less than 24hrs of it being advertised. This sale unfortunately didn’t make it through finance, however Selena was prompt to seek a new buyer on the block as soon as it was appropriate to do so. A short video with a walk along the block to socials, resparked some interest in the property, within a couple of weeks we had a new offer and was under contract again. Our experience with Selena has shown us she is an excellent agent for both a buyer and a seller.
