At 1st nice, should be in car sales. She would be nice but then tone shifted after listing contract signed. Aggressive, pushy over minimal things and missed a email on her end. She called with angry tone for 3rd time and when I told her she missed the email it was actioned 3 days prior she went off topic and no apology and switched to being nice. Remember their working for buyer. She got upset the day before she was handing keys over to the buyer as I the seller called her. She said “why are you calling?”, it’s out of my hands. No! you Selena had the keys and handover was next day, spoke to me so rudely as she got what she wanted. Next morning the day of keys given/settlement she tried through my solicitor to get more money for the buyer. That was it. I was over her and I called her bluff and I instructed my solicitor, NO I’m not loosing anymore money. It was reduced significantly from previous sale that the finance fell through at last minute. They got an excellent buy as I needed a fast sale and she weaponised that after I disclosed that information. Sellers beware and mindful of what you tell them as they will use it against you for the buyer. In the end I was down $25 grand plus
I found Selena very helpful with contacts as being new to the town I know of no one reputable.
