The house that I bought via Serena has serious problems in its concrete foundation, one side of the house is sliding towards the drop off, which may cause the whole building to shift. Neither the sellers or the agent has raised this problem before the sale, it's my first time purchasing a house the it has become the biggest headache for me and my family.
