From day one of listing we were confident we had chosen the right agent. Shaelagh familiarised herself with all the history and features of the property and carried out all the open homes and private inspections solo. Her reporting back was precise and articulate. When pressed for a gut feeling following an inspection she was always forthcoming and honest ,which is exactly what we expected. The journey of selling our property took quite a while , 15 months to be exact and three contracts. We obviously got a bit down when for one reason or another a contract never materialised. Shaelagh never got down however, her optimistic dialog alway righted the ship and we soldiered on. Over that period of time Shaelagh become part of our extended family and could actually anticipate our responce to situations as they arose.

Shaelagh was immediately responsive when I called to make our first appointment and I was made to feel comfortable that I had chosen the right person with the knowledge and experience we needed. We left the first meeting happy that our circumstances ( sale of a deceased estate) was going to proceed well, due to Shaelagh’s professionalism.
