Was looking for an agent who had a lot of success with selling houses quickly as I had already put a hold on a villa in a retirement village. Everywhere I went I saw real estate signs showing Shahbaj Brar had sold houses not long after I noticed they were put on the market. This was the type of agent I was looking for. First home open was on a Sunday, and a lady who had gone through the house that day had put in an offer by the following Tuesday.
