Once the settlement was completed, he just stopped responding. There were things he had promised that would be done in the house but none were kept. We did not expect everything prim and proper but responding to messages is the least expected. Agent had some issues with inspection company I found. The inspection agent he found for me did the job wrong, which I am still having to follow up with. I wouldn’t recommend this agent to anybody I know.
