It's not enough to have a great product. You need an agent who can determine the best strategy in order to extract the best possible sale price. I've used Shane twice now and wouldn't use anyone else. He is always aware of what the market is doing and he is brutally honest when it comes to valuations. Shane put together a strategy which got 47 groups through at our one and only home open. The property was only advertised for 4 days and we had multiple strong offers which culminated on receiving 1 offer which far exceeded our expectations.
