Shane was in contact constantly emailing if there was anything we needed, questions, worries etc. Had great info about the property and other properties in the area. Worked well with our broker, settlement agent, sellers, and last minute when we thought settlement would be delayed he assured us it would still meet the deadline. Even had a nice little house warming hamper on the day of receiving keys. Was a very non stressful process with Shane and would highly recommend.
