Given his presence in Gosnells and the many positive things we had heard, Shane was the obvious choice for us from day one. Throughout the sale process Shane has been attentive, communicative and transparent. His level of knowledge is outstanding. In addition to that he made it clear to us that this isn't all about sales for him, it is about relationships first and foremost - early in the listing process we suffered a family bereavement and Shane immediately pumped the brakes on the listing side of things and extended his full support on a human level until such time as we were ready to recommence, which we did about 6 weeks later. Throughout that 6 weeks he put absolutely no pressure on us but checked in regularly for a chat, often times not even real estate related. This simply confirmed he was the best possible choice. We can (and do!) highly recommend Shane to anyone. You won't regret putting your property in his hands.
Like many first home buyers, we were apprehensive dealing with real estate agents. After a couple of poor experiences we had our guards up when we met Shane initially, but he proved to be an honest and straight talking agent who made the process a breeze. Everything was explained in depth and follow up questions taken care of. We felt that he was on the side of both the seller and the buyer (us) as opposed to the vibe you may get from some agents with their seller in front focus.
