We first contacted Shane at the beginning of June 2020 and he subsequently attended us at our house where we discussed marketing our home. He revisited our home several times and gave us invaluable advice on how to prepare for sale. He also spent a lot of time explaining his marketing technique and the results we could expect. We were not disappointed. Our house was put up for sale on 17 July 2020 and we accepted an offer - over listing price - just five days later on the 21 July 2020.
