My experience was good but slightly disappointed with the way the handover of keys happened, saying this was our first purchase to be given a text message late at night to be told keys were under a brick was a bit of a disappointment, but I’m not sure if this is the agents fault or the sellers. Over all good service and communication was good. Kids were delighted to receive Lilly’s when we viewed the property.

As would be expected, Shane provided an excellent service in assisting with the purchase. Where his expertise came to the fore was with helping me to negotiate a staged access due to my impending interstate trip clashing with the proposed settlement date.
