My experience was good but slightly disappointed with the way the handover of keys happened, saying this was our first purchase to be given a text message late at night to be told keys were under a brick was a bit of a disappointment, but I’m not sure if this is the agents fault or the sellers. Over all good service and communication was good. Kids were delighted to receive Lilly’s when we viewed the property.
As would be expected, Shane provided an excellent service in assisting with the purchase. Where his expertise came to the fore was with helping me to negotiate a staged access due to my impending interstate trip clashing with the proposed settlement date. His liaison with the sellers, keeping me informed of progress was very helpful.

Shane is by far the best realestate agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was able to get me through the open home earlier due to my commitments and allowed my family and I to view the property at our leisure. He allowed me to bring another family member through later that same day. Again we took our time inspecting the property. From our very first meeting he was very friendly, polite and professional.
