After having my property previously listed with other agents with no traction and no feedback I was disheartened. Selling my property was my largest financial asset, and attached with memories, this proved to be an emotional journey. Furthermore I was never left wondering, to me this was key to my journey I was constantly contacted, it didn't matter what day of the week or what time, I was always informed. After 3 prior attempts with other agents to sell my property within no outcome, Shane probably had a harder sell ahead of him !! But, bingo - Shane had a multi offer contract on my property within weeks and successfully sold at ABOVE the listing price!!!!!! The commitment, contact and support went right through to after the sale. I can't recommend Shane highly enough, this journey was successful in the outcome and importantly it was professional and emotionally easy for me, especially living so far away.
