I have bought and sold a few properties and I generally try to avoid using an agent as most seem to think that they deserve their huge commissions simply for inserting themselves into any comms between buyer and seller. I used Shane as I wasn't able to show the property myself and I was pleasantly surprised and pleased that I did. He was very pro-active; he made a point of giving me updates every week and suggestions to increase interest. Shane is one of very few agents I would contact when selling another property.

Property sold quickly with a very long settlement date but at the end the buyer did not have the funds in time so I was out of pocket with the delays, the settlement agent discounts their fees because of this but the selling agent didn’t care as he still got his full sales fee.
