Had contacts from building and pest inspector to getting air-cooler installed. The lovely office manager was super quick at responding to any questions I had and they will be managing the property too, so it all been super easy and convenient. I was at work during settlement and requested a FaceTime of the property before settling. Luke did the FaceTime walkthrough and took a photo of the sign with the SOLD sticker on it as requested.
