I contacted several Agents that were rated locally. I found many unwilling to negotiate, only interested in selling cheap and fast, little support and cocky. When I look back from the first time I engaged Donovan real estate and throughout the sale and heading towards the settlement, there are crucial moments that lead to a great business and they are as follows. The first onsite meeting Shane was present, his knowlegde of the area aswell as the market showed throughout the process as he constantly updated me on how things were progressing. He would phone after hours and respond to txt msgs just to update me once any new information became available no matter the hour.
