I was always kept upto date as to what was happening with the sale. Shane went well out of his way to assist me with some issues I had. I would highly recommend Shane. Nothing was ever a bother. I have also bought through Shane as well as members of my family, and there has never been an issue.
Terrible agency and terrible agent and staff. Me and my family were very upset with the extreme mistakes made ( wrong board put up, overtaking commissions, not being upfront and getting deposit from buyers until last minute ) the worst part was when Shane gets his commission they do not answer or call you when you have concerns or questions. We have never dealt with such a shambles of a company. Called reception/ admin many times who advised she has passed on the messages for him to call us back. Feel very disvalued as a client and an utter disappointment and shameful that we were never called back once they got the commission from the sale of our house. All the other staff are completely incompetent. Still never returned our calls or messages to this day to try and rectify this matter. Really terrible service

I contacted several Agents that were rated locally. I found many unwilling to negotiate, only interested in selling cheap and fast, little support and cocky. Then I called Shane having seen him on Agent finder. From the first call Shane and his Team were a stand out. They knew the local area and competitors. They negotiated a commission to be competitive and give me BEST Deal Then the care and service was amazing. I organised so many things through them like security, repair, staging, marketing, gardening. The Team (Tina), wrote great ads for the Home and the block I was selling. We had several OPENs with large numbers and they also had many private viewings and online viewings with Interstate interest. The Teams attention to detail was outstanding. Response to questions almost immediate. I believe Shane's negotiation skills were really helpful and we got two great outcomes. They went above and beyond and right from the first call did more than all other Agents that I contacted. They even watered my new lawn and watched my property daily to ensure no issues with vandals or squatters I would never use anyone else other than Shane, Meg, Tina and Katie Call them if you want outstanding TEAM selling or finding you a great result.
