Can't recommend Shane and his group enough. Shane, Katie and Meg were very down to earth and made us feel at ease and completely comfortable with the whole process of selling our house. They had extensive market knowledge on the area and were incredibly accurate in the forecast on price and even selling time. We expressed a need for a quick sale, so Shane organized some bench repairs and staging. We went to market 3pm Friday, had an open on Saturday which the Donovan team had lined up 22 groups for and another 15 groups for Monday. We had multiple (good) offers on Tuesday.
