I must admit to rate my agent I'd purchase a house in the same area that I sold in just to go through the same real estate agent or should I say agents. As they were all so helpful. kind and understanding through my stressful time/s of selling my property. Overall I not only had an agent but a true friend in the making and breaking of selling my property. My case of selling was an individual matter which not many go through and yet this can occur. Shane has been contacting us at least once a year over seven or more years enquiring if we were ready to put our house on the market. We were not ready at that time and Shane accepted that. In August of 2023 we contacted Shane at the Office and advised him we wish to discuss the placing of our house on the market for sale. In 24 hrs it was on the web. and within 4 days we had a buyer. Shane has been very professional in all his dealings and his knowledge of the Skye area is very evident in his advice with clients.
