We rang Shane to ask him to price our house on the 14th of January. He arrived that afternoon and explained the whole process. We accepted him as our agent then and there. The following week we had great girls in to beautify the house and that afternoon the photographer did his job. There was aan open day on the Saturday and a second open day was planned for the Wednesday. This wasn't needed as Shane sold it on Tuesday 28th Jan for more than we had expected. We couldn't sspeak more highly of Shane and his staff.

When the other x2 popular agents in the area couldn’t sell my property I went to Shain and he took a different view and approach and the property was sold on the first open weekend where the other agent failed to get on the front foot and did very little to assist after signing the sale authorities , well done again Shain cheers
