Shane is definitely the market leader for the suburb. His in depth knowledge of the area,and experience in real estate and sales was what helped us make our decision to use him. We were not disappointed. He did what we asked him to do in the lead up to the sale and then he and his team sold at the first open. We were more than happy with the price.
