Sold at price I wanted

I contacted Shane as one of three local agents. He was well informed regarding the area and gave me a totally honest view of what would be the best way to sell my house. I had no hesitation in engaging Shane at our initial meeting. Shane then acted as he indicated and sold my home in very quick time for the price discussed. The others in Shane’s office also acted in a similar manner to Shane.

With a baby on the way, time was of the essence for me to sale my existing home and buy a larger one. Shane and his team at Donovans where fantastic. I was very fortunate, after having had some extremely disappointing experiences with other agents, to fall into the path of Donovan’s Real estate, in particular, into Natalie Caterson. I was only days away from attending an auction, but I really wasn’t looking forward to it, something was missing. I received a notification on my real estate app, and there it was, my dream home. I could NOT believe it! I sent an email at 8:30...PM, Natalie phoned me 15 mins later. She organised a walk through at lunchtime the following day and this became my home at 5:30pm same day. Shane (& his team) were fabulous to liaise with right from our first meeting up until settlement. Shane showed a deep understanding of our area as well as the broader housing market. We knew we were in good hands. With very little notice, the team were able to arrange wonderful photography, marketing and had the property listed online the next day! Shane was exceptional at following up ALL enquiries on our property and keeping us updated after each inspection and open. THREE days later we were presented with THREE offers and SOLD for a price above expectation. The entire team worked hard for us, often outside of regular working hours. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions we had were answered immediately. Very happy clients and we would not hesitate to use Shane again for our next sale.
