Dealt with the listing agent for all of 5 minutes, was then palmed off to his colleagues once the deal was signed who had little industry experience. Returned our contact late or not at all. Property left unreasonably filthy, final inspection couldn't be arranged any sooner than a day before settlement, tactical? We think so. Having purchased and let numerous properties, this was easily one of the worst transactions to-date. Would've paid more too.

I can"t thank Shane and his staff enough for all the help with selling my property. Shane"s knowledge of the market is amazing,he was able to tell me what I would get ( I had my doubts } and he was correct. In my opinion, the Agency did not demonstrate the reasonable level of professionalism and provided the poor and misleading information on the numerous occasions, of which just a few examples are listed below; - The agent provided the false information about the actual rental situation with the property: he mislead me of my ability to increase the rent straight after the property purchase - in fact, he hid from me (by ignorance or deliberately) the fact that the rent increase took place just recently and therefore I would not be able to do that for another approx. 6 month. This would affect my offer. - The way the property was advertised did not adequately reflect the real property condition. - The keys availability and the transfer was handled poorely by the Agency - suffice to say that even at the settlement I didn't receive a single key from the property - I had to do my own arrangements to receive it in a different way. Overall, I warn against using the services of this Agency and suggest to be extremely careful and check after everything that their agents say or do. I consider this way of business on agency's side would not only affect the buyer in bad way, but will also create problems for sellers by compromising the property reputation and as a result , decreasing the sale price.

Shane Donovan was fantastic from the outset. He made both my partner and me extremly comfortable through the whole process and was not pushy at all! He was spot on with his appraisal and expected selling price and was able to achieve more than we had originally hoped for with his great negotiation skills! Brendan Anderson was also a fantastic resource to have through the whole campaign, his friendly attitude as well as his willingness to help wherever he could was really appreciated! He was always there to answer any questions I had no matter what time of the day, and made the whole process not only a breeze but also a fun one with his sense of humour. Being an ex Real Estate Agent I was hoping there was someone out there similar to how I use to work with my clients-well my partner highly recommended Shane and I must admit his ethics were very close to mine. Shane was very knowledgeable since he has sold in the area for years and his staff from reception to his personal assistants were very respective and calming for which is a very trying 4 week Auction campaign. Shane and his teams efforts even surprised them when my partners home was sold 2 weeks prior to Auction and mine was sold on the day for a record price for a unit in this area!! Brendan then went door knocking for us to homes with pools-how good is that!! Shane even helped us late one afternoon go through a property we were interested in and his negotiations were transparent the whole time which was above and beyond his duties which is nice to know we were not forgotten after our sale. He was excited when we did eventually find our dream home(in another area)and rang us to congratulate us so if you are thinking of any Real Estate transactions I would highly recommend Shane and his team for a down to earth and casual experience but professional at the same time.
