As we lived interstate we need an agent that we could trust and had lots of knowledge of the area. After buying our property from Shane a couple of years ago and receiving nothing but excellent service from him and his team, we knew that when it came time to sell there was no question to whom we should call. All it took was one call and a meeting was organised with Shane for the folllowing day to value our property, within 2 days our property was sold without needing any marketing at all. We were very impressed as it meant we could have a 'private' sale and not have to deal with an abundance of people coming through our home at open for inspections. Shane is very friendly and helpful and has a wealth of knowledge in regards to the property in the area.
