Shane and his staff Katie and Maddie, were awesome from beginning to end. He was upfront about options and costs. He had viewers arranged for the day after we signed with him. He told us our property would sell inside 2 weeks and we got our first offer after 4 days. Some other offers came through and we signed contracts within the promised 2 weeks. The entire process was smooth and professional, with the least amount of disruption. His local knowledge was a definite plus.
