Shane has been exceptional to deal with, I have had many dealings with real estate agents in the past but Shane stands out in terms of prompt and friendly service, constant communication but most of all going back & forth working till 8.45pm on a Saturday night to get the deal through for us shows true dedication. The team should be very proud of the way that you conduct business, from simple things like returning phone calls “out of work hours” , punctual & communicating every step of the way untill settlement. Our dealings with Shane were wonderful. We were in Rosebud for the weekend to inspect several properties and communicated with many agents leading up to our eventual purchase with Ray White. Dealt with Tanjil and Shane, things went as expected and no nasty surprises. Upfront and professional and the only issue was with the air con which he straight away came over and worked it out. Only way to improve on the service would be the welcome gift perhaps add staples any new home owner could use straight away like sugar, salt, tea, coffee, olive oil etc.
