Shane Fox does not just view a property as mere stock to be quickly disposed of to make commission. This is the guy you would want to have your back fighting in the trenches! After eight weeks of being on the market with Barry Plant Rosebud and failing to attract any real interest we were advised to drop the asking price to tempt buyers. As a result we only received offers way below the property’s worth. We were told that the under-quoted value was the “market value” and when I asked Craig Leo for comparable property I was provided with a “knock down”! We knew then exactly what we were dealing with and took the property off the market and off Barry Plant Rosebud.
