Shane and Tanjil made the entire process of buying our first house simple and clear. From the first time we walked into one of their open house inspections, they were friendly and welcoming, without the all too common 'salesman schtick' that we came across at most open house inspections. Once we settled on a property and started the process of making an offer etc. they worked around our schedules and made it possible to do pretty much everything out of hours which was great, as we both work and have busy children. Everything was explained clearly through the entire process and there were no nasty surprises or unexpected hiccups. As first home buyers we had plenty of questions. Shane and Tanjil always had time for us and they never made us feel like we were taking too much of their time. When the sale was made, I truly felt that they were sincerely happy for us and shared our excitement. I can't see us needing to buy a house again anytime soon, but would happily and eagerly recommend Shane and Tanjil to anyone buying or selling a house in the area.
