Shane Leete

I found Shane very responsive to my queries, including liaising in a timely manner with the vendors. He was willing to seek out inspection times etc that suited my tricky timetable and was very reliable.

We first met Shane a few years ago when we decided to get an appraisal on our property. Since that first meeting Shane took the time over the next couple of years to check in on us, see how we were going, how things were property wise and that was something we really valued and appreciated it. So when it finally came time for us to put our property on the market we weren't going to go with anyone else. Shane was just amazing through the whole process. He was so calm & reassuring with us especially on those stressful days. We really couldn't have done it without him!

Shane was great through the whole experience. This is our first home and whenever we want to sell and buy again will definitely go through Shane again.

Shane is a super friendly and very knowledgeable person. I chose to have him sell my house after seeing many others but feeling most comfortable with him. Shane went above and beyond for me and helped me more than he had to , even coming to see me far away when I got sick during the process of selling my house! I explained the price range I would like to try achieve and how I would sell my furniture if I could and all this was arranged with Shane and I was able to contact my buyers and sell some furniture and my house sold for more than I had hoped which was great! I also had wanted to try get as quick a sale as possible as I was moving overseas and to my disbelief we got a 2 week settlement! I highly recommend Shane Leete to anyone wanting to sell their house.

Shane is knowledgeable in the field, easy to work with and was receptible to our needs/concerns.
