I found Shane very responsive to my queries, including liaising in a timely manner with the vendors. He was willing to seek out inspection times etc that suited my tricky timetable and was very reliable.

We first met Shane a few years ago when we decided to get an appraisal on our property. Since that first meeting Shane took the time over the next couple of years to check in on us, see how we were going, how things were property wise and that was something we really valued and appreciated it. So when it finally came time for us to put our property on the market we weren't going to go with anyone else. Shane was just amazing through the whole process. He was so calm & reassuring with us especially on those stressful days. We really couldn't have done it without him!

Shane was the agent acting for the vendors of a house we recently purchased. Even though Shane was not working for us - we were the buyers not the sellers - he was excellent to deal with in all respects. He kept us in the loop at all times with very good communication, particularly in arranging short-notice inspections and quickly finding out answers to various questions we had. The speed and clarity of his communication proved to be critical when it came to making an offer because things moved very fast. The house was only on the market for 6 days and the vendors received a number of offers in quick succession. Shane was great at keeping us abreast of the situation yet remained absolutely professional at all times with respect to information he was allowed to divulge. When it came to negotiating a price with Shane it was clear why he does this for a living. There was no doubt he was working in his clients best interests and I definitely would not want to play poker against him! But we felt we were given the opportunity to put forward our best possible offer and were fortunate enough to be the successful buyers.
