I purchased a small vacant site from Shane with a very low asking price and he worked very hard and worked thru many conditions requested by me and sourced much information to secure the sale. Needless to say I was very impressed with so much work for such a small commission he would have received. I developed the property and spoke to many agents who weren’t very enthusiastic and rather pessimistic at the bottom of the market. Shane was very optimistic and quoted a much higher selling range. I was doubtful he could get the price he quoted but due to his enthusiasm, attention to detail and appreciation of the quality of finish in the home I gave Shane the job of selling the property. Although it took a little longer than we thought he never lost that enthusiasm and got the job done.
