We met Shane at a house opening with no intention of selling our home at the time. We just clicked and talked about our home and the disappointment of not being able to sell it 2 years earlier with another agent. His enthusiasm and energy was amazing. HI came and appraised out house the next week and was totally confident he could get the job done for us. He went above and beyond and communicated with us frequently and after 3 weeks of house openings our house sold. I cannot praise Shane enough for his hard work and we got the price we were after. He even helped us find our new home which we absolutely love. We would not hesitate to use Shane again if we decided in the future to sell. Thanks Shane for all your hard work.
