I first looked at selling 3 months ago and rang Shane. we meet. I was undecided for 2.5 months , but when I did decide Shane was there. In my undecided period Shane didn't annoy me once. He was very confident that we would get the top end of the sale price (which we did). I was very comfortable with both Shane and his handling of the sale.
