I believe we had the property for around 20k less than what we paid. Shane pushed us (as the buyer) to get the most out of us. It’s because of this, if we ever sell, we’ll be using Shane as he was VERY good at what he does. We did not want to miss out on the home we now have. Vicki was also fantastic. Communicated extremely well and was across everything. She was amazing also.
I viewed the property and Mike gave me a good insight on the property’s the features and most importantly gave us the space while we were viewing the space. He was also very helpful after we expressed our interest in the property. He kept us in loop at every stage of the process when we put the offer and also gave us a chance to put in our final offer when the final bidding process was happening. Absolutely fabulous. Team Penny (Shane and Mike) were wonderful. They really seem to work as a team when discussing strategy with us and executing the preparation (painting/staging), negotiation and sale of our home. We really valued their expertise, and knowledge of the area. Mike was able to negotiate a competitive sale above asking just 2 days after the first open house. I'm certain their advice on prep, knowledge of the area and negotiating expertise was what secured that price.
