⁵Shane instilled confidence by maintaining a professional manner at all times .His communication was ecxellent and regularly made contact to update me throughout the process of the sale of our property. We were able to tap into his marketing knowledge for advice on how to prepare the property to go on the market e.g. what colour to paint the interior etc as well as the best time to sell. To get the best offer from buyers , Shane used his well honed negotiating skills to get a satisfactory result.

After going to several of Shane’s open homes in the past few years in our house searches I noticed his always drew much bigger crowds than any others I had seen. From the moment I contacted Shane I knew I was in good hands, he gave great advice before we put the property on the market and we loved the fact we told him we needed a few months to get the property ready and he gave us the space to do it and was extremely respectful by not harassing us in that time, he waited till we contacted him to say we were now ready.
