Communication happened when it needed to, though it often felt fairly transactional rather than supportive, especially given this was our first home purchase. For first home buyers, those moments matter. It’s a milestone, not just another transaction and a bit more thought or follow-up would have gone a long way. At the end of the day, it felt like another sale ticked off. Overall, Shane is a nice enough guy and is knowledgeable about the area.
