When I approached Shen to market my property, he was very professional, he knew the area, and he had plans on how to make the property stand out to get the extra $ from the sale. What happened next blew my mind - he asked if he could put a couple of plants in a blank space in garden, of course I said yes. He then helped clean up the garden, and even got out the paint brush and helped with toughups. Who ever heard of a realestate agent going the extra mile like this.
