We bought our first beautiful home off Shane and Helen Schofield. From the start, the service they provided us was exemplary. During our first initial viewing of the property, we were running late, but they were happy to wait an additional 30 mins to show us through. The service they provided us during the sale process was fantastic. Shane is highly knowledgeable about the industry and offers great support. In the final walk-through, the owner had unfortunately left the home dirty, not wanting to slow the process we did not say anything. However, Shane took it upon himself to come through on a Sunday with a vacuum, some cleaning products and spider spray, so it was nicer for us when we moved in. Finally, the key handover was easy; Shane met us at the house and gave us a beautiful housewarming gift.
