I recently purchased a home being sold through Shane; this can be a stressful experience in the current market but Shane's communication kept me 'in the know' about each step in the process. From organising a viewing for us outside the normal open house date to his local knowledge and information on the estate we bought in and tips on all the facilities and restaurants in the surrounding areas plus helping us with collecting the keys on his day off, Shane went above and beyond what we would normally expect. We bought our first beautiful home off Shane and Helen Schofield. From the start, the service they provided us was exemplary. During our first initial viewing of the property, we were running late, but they were happy to wait an additional 30 mins to show us through. The service they provided us during the sale process was fantastic. Shane is highly knowledgeable about the industry and offers great support. In the final walk-through, the owner had unfortunately left the home dirty, not wanting to slow the process we did not say anything. However, Shane took it upon himself to come through on a Sunday with a vacuum, some cleaning products and spider spray, so it was nicer for us when we moved in. Finally, the key handover was easy; Shane met us at the house and gave us a beautiful housewarming gift. I give Shane and Helen 10/10 for their service and would not hesitate to recommend using their services in future. Thank you for making our experience so fantastic; we greatly appreciate you both.
