He made the whole process easy for me and went above and beyond to ensure a streamlined and hassle free transaction gaining a great price for me and a good quality home for the buyers. His advice regarding marketing and potential buyers was so valuable as was his help in sorting through the offers assisting in me in ascertaining the right fit for me. He was fair and logical and actually did what he said he would. I loved his honest and transparent communication - he also ensured that all parties were kept updated via messages email and follow up phone calls. I cannot fault anything about Shane and am so very grateful that he was assigned to the sale of my property.

What an experience, normally the word uneventful would have a negative connotation but in our case we got our dream home with no issues, stress free and we couldn't be happier. We went into this nervous and a little concerned, as it was our first house purchase. We recently sold our 2 by 1 unit in Helena Valley with Shane. Shane was pleasant, professional and easy to work with through the whole process.
