What an experience, normally the word uneventful would have a negative connotation but in our case we got our dream home with no issues, stress free and we couldn't be happier. We went into this nervous and a little concerned, as it was our first house purchase. Both Shane and our broker made the process incredibly easy and kept us on track to where we should be, what we should be filling out and when, etc. Shane kept us up to date regularly and was available when ever we had questions, in fact Shane still is even after we've moved in 2 weeks later, and of course most importantly had a house ready for us at settlement date.
